CANOES, the Seattle Public Utilities Race & Social Justice Change Team and the ARWA (Anti-Racist White Allies) present a special noontime screening the film, Princess Angeline. The film documents the tale of Native Seattle, the treatment and perserverence of the Duwamish people, and the wonderful and vibrant Native culture in Seattle.
At the Downtown Seattle Public Libray, Microsoft Auditorium. Thursday, April 28 beginning at 11:00 a.m. A panel discussion to follow featuring Chairwoman Cecile Hansen of the Duwamish Tribe.
